Payment methods

Payments must be made exclusively via:

• bank transfer
• other methods authorized by the company

Full advance payment is required.

Essential condition of the service

Advance payment constitutes an essential and binding condition for the execution of the service.

Without full payment:

• the service will not be performed
• no pickup or delivery will be scheduled

Non-payment

In case of non-payment, even partial:

• the service is immediately suspended
• all operational activities are stopped
• the booking is cancelled without notice

Vehicle already collected without full payment

If the vehicle has already been collected and payment is not completed:

• the vehicle will be held in an authorized storage facility
• delivery will be suspended until full payment is received
• daily storage costs will be applied

Late payment penalties

In case of delayed payment, LOGISTIC AUTO Soc. Coop. will apply:

• automatic penalty equal to 15% of the total amount due
• statutory late payment interest
• administrative and handling costs

Penalties apply automatically without further notice.

Storage costs

The retained vehicle will be subject to:

• daily storage fees
• additional logistics costs
• handling and movement costs

All costs are borne by the client.

Debt recovery

In case of non-payment:

• the debt may be assigned to a debt collection agency
• immediate legal action may be initiated
• full reimbursement of legal expenses will be required

Service suspension and blacklist

LOGISTIC AUTO Soc. Coop. reserves the right to:

• block access to services
• refuse future requests
• include the client in internal non-reliable client lists

Company protection

The client acknowledges that:

• advance payment is mandatory
• non-payment constitutes a contractual breach
• the company may suspend the service without liability

Automatic acceptance

By requesting and/or confirming the service, the client:

• fully accepts these conditions
• acknowledges the validity of penalties
• undertakes to complete full payment

Final clause

In case of non-payment, LOGISTIC AUTO Soc. Coop. reserves the right to take all necessary actions to protect its rights, including immediate legal action without further notice.
